Do you have an allergy or intolerance? Just ask us.

In the Netherlands, your staff can tell guests about allergens in person, as long as a visible sign tells guests who to ask.

You're responsible for the allergen information you provide to your guests. Check your recipes and your suppliers' product information.

An A4 with all your dishes, the 14 allergens and your note for guests.

Get allergies onto every kitchen ticket.

Your matrix tells guests what's in each dish. With Tebi, guests add their allergies when they book online, and that information travels with the reservation and their order straight to the kitchen. Nobody has to ask again at the table or pass on a handwritten note.

"Before, every reservation meant two steps: confirm the reservation, then separately ask about allergies. Now it's automatic." Locanda Mesa (IT)
