These terms keep the program fair for everyone. Nothing complicated — just a few ground rules.

1. Who can refer?

Anyone with an active Tebi account, or anyone who has used our referral process. You don't need to be a venue owner.

2. Who counts as a referral?

The referred business must be:

• New to Tebi — not a current or previous Tebi customer

• Independent from you — you cannot refer your own business, a business you co-own, or any business under the same ownership group or legal entity as you

• Genuinely introduced by you — the referred person must not have already been in contact with Tebi's sales team

3. How rewards work

Rewards are based on the referred venue type. The reward is €500 for a restaurant or €250 for a bar, café, pub, or quick service. The reward is paid out when they process their first €10k in monthly revenue.

A few rules:

• If multiple people refer the same venue, only the first referral counts

• The referee must signup via the referral link to be eligible for the reward

• The referred business must go live and hit the revenue threshold within 12 months of sign-up

4. No self-referrals

You may not refer any business that you own, manage, are financially involved in, or that shares ownership with your business. This includes businesses operating under the same holding company, franchise group, or chain. Tebi reserves the right to withhold or reclaim rewards if this rule is violated.

5. Fair use

The program is intended for genuine word-of-mouth referrals. Tebi may disqualify referrals that appear to be abusive, coordinated, or made in bad faith — and may suspend or remove participants from the program in those cases.

6. Tebi's right to change or end the program

We reserve the right to change reward amounts, eligibility rules, or end the program at any time. We'll give reasonable notice where possible. Changes don't apply retroactively to referrals already in progress.
