1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all hardware purchases made through the Tebi hardware store at tebi.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing in the capacity of a business and not as a consumer. All orders are subject to these terms.
2. Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Tebi reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at its discretion, including where items are out of stock or where a pricing error has occurred. A contract is only formed once Tebi confirms acceptance of your order.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Tebi reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
4. Returns
We do not accept returns. The only exception is where goods are found to be defective on arrival. Defective goods must be notified to us within 14 days of delivery, after which no claim will be accepted.

5. Warranty
We do not offer any warranty beyond that provided by the original manufacturer. Any warranty claims should be directed to the relevant manufacturer in accordance with their terms.
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched and delivered in accordance with our standard shipping process. Delivery timescales may vary depending on your location.
7. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of our hardware.
